After watching this video I am ashamed and embarrassed of these fellow Americans.  This event was only 8 years ago.  Come on people, turn off the mind rotting E! Channel.

Now for the record, I’m not at all in to the whole 9/11 conspiracy thing as I believe there are nut jobs out there that actually hate us for who we are.

I Survived the Lap of Kentucky

It was hot…extremely hot, and humid…and 1,400 miles and three days later, I made it around the perimeter of the state.  Here’s an article from the local newspaper. Although I prefer the term Motorcyclist rather than Biker, it was a decent article.

R/C Air Show

I went to the River City Radio Control Wings for Kids air show this weekend to marvel at the workmanship these guys put in their scale aircraft.  There was a turbine jet that cost in excess of $10k and an amazing Vietnam era turbine Huey helicopter.  The jet made a couple passes at around 200mph!  On the final pass the rudder broke apart but he managed to land safely.  Check out the pics here in the gallery.
